If you wish to return an item, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving it. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and fit for resale. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Are all items eligible for return?
Due to the nature of our products, certain items like perishable goods cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Items that have been opened or used are also non-returnable.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval. Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 working days back to your original payment method.
Can I exchange an item?
