NST Parcel Service

We provide a reliable and efficient shipping solution from Myanmar to the UK and Europe. We offer flexible pricing options based on parcel weight, ensuring competitive rates to meet all your shipping requirements. With daily flight, most parcels are delivered within 5-7 working days, depending on customs clearance.

Our services include convenient pick-up options in Yangon for an additional fee, as well as parcel delivery via express bus stations for customers outside of Yangon. UK customers can benefit from affordable postage rates, and we also offer free parcel collection from our Hounslow location.

 

We cater to both individual parcels and bulk shipments, providing flexible solutions for various shipping needs. Parcels can be easily dropped off at our office in Yangon, or you can arrange for pick-up for a nominal fee.

 

Before sending your parcel, please review our terms and conditions, as well as the list of prohibited items, to ensure smooth processing and timely delivery.

What are your pricing?

Myanmar to UK Rates

  • 01-14.50 kg: £13 per kg + UK postage or free collection from TW3 2L

  • 15-24.50 kg: £12.50 per kg + UK postage or free collection from TW3 2L

  • 25 kg and above: £12 per kg + Free UK Postage

  • The parcel weight will be rounded to the nearest 0.5kg or 1kg. For example, if a parcel weighs 10.3kg, it will be calculated as 10.5kg.

  • UK Mainland: £7 for parcels under 15 kg, £13 for parcels 15 kg & over

  • Scottish Highlands & Northern Ireland: £13

  • UK Islands: £15

How can I pay for my shipment?

Payment can be made in either the UK or Myanmar. Please note that parcels will only be dispatched once payment has been confirmed.

What is your flight schedule?

We operate one flight per week, on Thursday. To ensure timely dispatch, please submit parcels by 4pm by Wednesday. The last drop-off date before Thingyan Festival Holiday is 08.04.2025 and will be reponed on 21.04.2025.​

How long do parcels take to deliver?

Delivery typically takes 7 working days from the flight date, though delays may occur due to UK customs inspections. We cannot guarantee delivery timelines due to customs and seasonal delays and are not liable for any associated issues.

Do you offer collection services?

Yes, we provide a pick-up service in Yangon for an additional service charge. To arrange pick-up, please contact our Yangon office directly. For customers outside of Yangon, parcels can be sent via intercity bus stations. Please inform our Yangon office in advance before sending.

What are the shipment requirements?

At the time of shipment, a detailed list of items must be provided, along with the recipient's name and phone number in the UK. Fishery products must not exceed half of the total parcel weight. Items will be inspected and repackaged in designated boxes, so there is no need for personal cardboard boxes. If items are bulky, the cost will be calculated based on volumetric weight. Please ensure that food items containing oil or liquids are securely packaged to prevent leaks. We are not liable for damage to fragile or breakable items during transit.

What compensation do you offer for lost items?

In the unfortunate event of loss during transit, we provide compensation at a rate of 20,000 MMK per kilogram, in addition to shipping costs.

Are there any prohibited items?

Yes, the following items are prohibited:

  • Meat Products, seeds, fresh fruits and vegetables, strongly scented foods, and perishable food items

  • Alcohol, illegal drugs, cigarettes, tobacco products, electronic cigarettes, e-hookahs, vape pens, and any medicines

  • Cash, gold, jewellery, high-value items, genuine or synthetic gemstones, and antiques

  • Weapons and items prohibited by law

  • SIM cards, bank cards, items containing batteries, perfumes, nail polish, counterfeit branded items, and items containing gas

It is strictly prohibited to ship items that are restricted or banned by law or customs regulations. If you are found to have sent prohibited items, you will be charged £300, and the items will be confiscated and destroyed by customs. No compensation will be provided for the loss of such items.

What is your legal responsibility regarding prohibited items?

NST Foods UK is not liable for any consequences arising from the smuggling of prohibited items, including confiscation, loss, fines, or legal action under the laws of the relevant countries. Responsibility for compliance with legal requirements lies solely with the sender and recipient.
