Shipping & Returns Policy

1. Shipping

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days after the order is placed. Delivery times may vary based on your location and the courier service you select. Please note that NST Foods UK is not responsible for any delays caused by the courier.

2. Right to Cancel

You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched. To cancel, please contact us at info@nstfoods.co.uk. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our returns policy for further steps.

3. Returning Products

If you wish to return an item, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the product. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and fit for resale. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 working days to your original payment method.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable items (e.g., fresh food items) unless faulty

  • Items that have been opened or used

6. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately with details and photographic evidence, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at info@nstfoods.co.uk.
