Terms & Conditions for Parcel Service
Payment
Payment for the shipment can be made in either the UK or Myanmar. Parcels will only be dispatched once payment has been confirmed.
Flight Schedule & Transit
We operate two flights per week, departing on Tuesday and Saturday. To ensure timely dispatch, please submit parcels by 12 pm on Monday and Friday. If you are sending over 30kg, parcels can be sent on any day except Sunday.
Delivery typically takes 4-7 days from the scheduled flight date, though delays may occur due to UK customs inspections. Please be aware that transit times may be extended as we approach the Christmas season. We cannot guarantee delivery timelines due to customs and seasonal delays and are not liable for any associated issues.
For shipments to EU countries, delivery may take approximately 2 weeks from the flight date, depending on EU customs regulations. If customs duties are applied, the recipient will be responsible for payment.
Collection Service
In Yangon, we offer a pick-up service with an additional service charge. To arrange for pick-up, please contact our Yangon office directly.
For customers outside of Yangon, parcels can be sent via intercity bus stations. Please inform the Yangon office in advance before sending.
